To estimate when your order will be delivered
please take into account, for security purposes and as a protection to our
customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and
verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing.
You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification.
If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will receive a
shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we
will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.

2. Find the Canada Post tracking number on your shipping confirmation email
and enter that tracking number at www.canadapost.com
to check status of your online order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is
updated on the Canada Post's website. Please consider the following when
tracking your order:
-Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your
order.
-Express orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the
following business day.
-Orders are shipped during business
days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
