Standard Shipping Policies & Rates:

To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account:

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, A|X reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day

So your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery includes order processing time and shipping time.

GROUND $8 within 5-7 Days Tuesday-Saturday (excluding holidays)

EXPRESS $15 within 3-5 Days Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Please note that the multiple ship to address option is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

To estimate when your order will be delivered please take into account, for security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing. You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification. If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.

2. Find the Canada Post tracking number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that tracking number at www.canadapost.com to check status of your online order.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the Canada Post's website. Please consider the following when tracking your order:

-Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order.
-Express orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the following business day.
-Orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

There are 2 ways you can track your order:

1. You can track your order on our website. Just Click Here.

2. Find the USPS or Fedex number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that tracking number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website (your order can be shipped either via USPS or Fedex). Please consider the following when tracking your order:

-Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. In the event that your credit card is not authorized, A|X reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
-Express and Express Plus orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the following business day.
-Express and Same Day orders placed after 1pm orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).

PO Box and FPO / APO Address

We deliver to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). To ship to these addresses, the only delivery method is GROUND service.  We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC and Washington.
