Return & Exchange Policy

To return your online purchase by mail, please send merchandise to:

Processing Time
Allow 5 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2-4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1-2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.

Procedure
1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form and retain your order invoice for your records.
2. If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. If you are exchanging item(s), complete the "Returns" section and complete the "Exchanges" section.
3. Complete the "Your Information" section if the exchange order requires information that is different from your original order.
4. Pack and seal the merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the Return & Exchange Form.

Returns
-We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order.
-Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
-Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise requested.

Exchanges
-Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange order is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out. Since we do not backorder, once an item is sold out it is no longer available.
-Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed (exchange total less the return total). Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment and placed against the original billed person. If the order was paid by multiple methods, any balance due/owed will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise requested.
-Shipping charges will not be applied to your exchange order. This applies to standard ground shipping or discounted express shipping.
-If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until your order is shipped. At that time, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment and tracking detail.

You may also return or exchange an item at any A|X  store location in Canada. Please Note: Any store purchases though cannot be returned to the online store.

Returns/Exchanges

With the Original Receipt

-Within 30 days and with the original protective case, eyewear may be exchanged or returned.

-After 30 days and with the original protective case, a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for merchandise purchased in stores.  For online purchases, a merchandise exchange only applies.

-We offer a one-time price adjustment when the original invoice is presented within 10 days of purchase.

-A|X Armani Exchange eyewear may not be returned or exchanged in A|X Armani Exchange stores if it was purchased at a department store or boutique other than A|X.

Without the Original Receipt

-Eyewear may not be returned to A|X Armani Exchange online without the original invoice.

Worn/Damaged Eyewear

-Worn/damaged eyewear without the original protective case may not be returned or exchanged.

Without the Eyewear Case

-Eyewear may not be returned without the original protective case.

Defective Eyewear

-Within the original receipt and protective case, eyewear may be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

-After 30 days, clients should contact the manufacturing company, Safilo, at 800-578-8767.

Eyewear purchased at Department Stores or Boutiques

-A|X Armani Exchange eyewear purchased at department stores and boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to the original store where the product was purchased. The customer is subject to the terms of the original store's return policy.

-Damaged or defective A|X Armani Exchange eyewear purchased at department stores and boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to the original store where the product was purchased (subject to the terms of the original store's return policy) or can be exchanged through the manufacturing company, Safilo, at 800-578-8767.

Please note that shoe returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.  Items must be sent back in their original conditions.  Shoes that show any sign of wear will not be accepted. The shoes must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags. Credit will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding the shipping and handling fee.  Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.  If the order was bought with multiple forms of payment, the refund will be issued to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.

A|X Armani Exchange Online offer price adjustments for online purchases only. If you find that an item you purchased has been markdown from the purchase price, we will credit you the difference. Send us a request within 10 days of the order date for the price adjustment to be honored. Contact us by calling 1.800.717.AXAX or send us an email to priceadjust@armaniexchange.com. We will refund the adjusted amount to the original credit card or A|X Gift Card used for the purchase.  Please note that price adjustments can only be issued for the difference between the amount that was paid by the customer and the sale price.
