TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero ($0). Your use of our gift card constitutes your acceptance of the terms on the card.
• Unless required by law, the balance on the gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. It will be void if altered or defaced. It is redeemable for merchandise only, unless prohibited by law.
• Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied for gift card purchases. A|X reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders (even if combined with merchandise) should a discount or promotional offer be applied to the purchase of a gift card, A|X will contact the purchaser of the gift card to place a new order.
• An individual may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card. A|X reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders, even when purchased in combination with merchandise.
• All gift card purchases follow standard verification process. Therefore, A|X reserves the right to void, cancel or deactivate any gift card purchase, gift card balance and/or order including account if necessary.
• Applicable shipping charges will apply for gift card purchases.
• A|X Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
• The above terms apply except where there are variances in terms of the card that are governed by the laws of the state where the card is redeemed.

Using a Gift Card Online

To use your A|X Gift Card online, please enter your 16-digit gift card number on the Gift Card field under the checkout section. Your 16-digit gift card number is located on the upper right-hand corner on the back of your gift card.

If the amount of the Order Total exceeds your gift card amount, you will be required to enter a credit card or another gift card number for the balance of the order. If you are paying with both a credit card and gift card, you will need to fill in the information in the checkout section under Payment.

If the amount of the Order Total is less than your gift card amount, you can submit your order at checkout for order processing and the balance will remain on your gift card until you are ready for your next purchase. 

Please note that if you have an existing e-gift certificate that you would like to use for your purchase, please enter it in the Gift Card field at checkout. Please see E-Gift Certificate sections below for further details. The gift card and e-gift certificates are two separate programs at A|X. If you have any questions regarding a past or existing e-gift certificate, please call 800.717.AXAX.

Please note: E-Gift Certificates are no longer available for purchase online as they have been replaced by A|X Gift Cards. However, any existing E-Gift Certificates can still be used towards your online purchase(s).

E-Gift Certificates are redeemable online only and cannot be used in stores.

Redeeming 
-If you have an existing e-gift certificates it can be redeemed during checkout. Enter the E-Gift Certificate number under Gift Card and submit the information. If using multiple E-Gift Certificates or gift cards you will need to check the box under Gift Cards to submit your e-gift certificate or gift card separately. The e-gift certificate amounts will be automatically calculated and you will be able to review your order summary in the last step of ordering to see if your e-gift certificate(s) covers your order total. 
-The entire amount or any partial amount of the e-gift certificate may be redeemed towards the current purchase. Any remaining unused balance can be redeemed anytime on future purchases. 
-If the e-gift certificate does not cover the full amount of the purchase, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card or you can enter a gift card.
 
Rules 
-E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged. 
-E-Gift Certificate numbers are always 9 numerical digits long. 
-If an E-Gift Certificate is lost, we are not liable to replace it. However, you can send us e-mail at custserv@armaniexchange.com for assistance.
-Items returned that were purchased using an e-gift certificate will be credited to your credit card.

E-Points

At this time, the E-Points program has come to its completion. E-Points will no longer be applied towards purchases made online nor will E-Points be redeemable for E-Gift Certificates.
